Returns and Exchanges
Here at The Little Bum Life & Diaper Service we want to make sure you and your little one love your new products. Please contact us at thelittlebumlife.com with any questions or concerns.
If you would like to return a non-defective product, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in original condition. Items returned to us which have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or in anyway in NOT “new” condition are not eligible for a refund and will be returned at buyer’s expense. Items must have been purchased within the last 15 days and be accompanied by a receipt. No exceptions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials (bag, bubble wrap, etc.), have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, have tags attached, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Items must be unwashed (even spot washing counts as washing), unworn, unsoiled, and free from pet hair, lint, body odor, cigarette smoke, or perfume.
Items will be refunded in the form of payment minus original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
Please double-check your order before submitting online. We make it a top priority to process and ship orders quickly. Therefore, orders are unable to be canceled during exclusive stockings or once they are marked as shipped. Orders cancelled before shipping may incur a 10% restocking fee.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturers handle defective products and warranty concerns directly. If you need assistance locating the manufacturer’s contact information, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need a copy of your receipt it can be located on your online account.
*We CANNOT accept defective items back as returns.
We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment and add tracking in case it is lost or damaged (USPS priority shipping includes tracking). If merchandise arrives to you damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for American Eco-Baby & Diaper Service to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing materials it arrived in and notify us immediately. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
Sale/clearance items, items purchased during special promotions, and special orders are NOT accepted for returns - all sales are final. Items purchased with gift certificates are also not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders placed during exclusive or limited edition stockings are final sale, this includes Tula Blankets. No exceptions will be made.
Personal use and healthcare items are not eligible for returns. This includes cloth diapers, laundry detergent, menstrual cups, potty training items, nursing products, cream/salves, tableware/bottles/feeding items, Nosefrida, food items, and any other personal/healthcare items.
Allow 7 business days from the date your item arrives back to The Little Bum Life & Diaper Service for your return to be processed. If you are receiving a refund, your refund may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Real shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, even if there was a "free shipping" promotion at the time.
We currently do not offer exchanges online due to our inventory constantly changing. We are unable to guarantee we will have the item you would like in-stock when we receive your return.
If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for re-order and re-shipment fees. If a return is requested in lieu of reshipment, we will deduct up to a 15% restocking fee to cover applicable shipping and processing charges The Little Bum Life & Diaper Service has incurred in regards to your package.
Incorrect or Missing Items
We apologize if the order you received is incorrect or missing items. We strive to make sure all orders placed are correct however, errors may occur. Please, contact us immediately if your order is incorrect and we will address the issue.
Note: items used or washed can NOT be returned for ANY reason.
